Do Not Call Policy

Who we are

This policy is published by Digital Domination Marketing, LLC, 981 Baronet Dr Suite 500a, Las Vegas, NV 89138. It covers telephone calls and text messages placed by us or by service providers acting on our behalf, including calls placed using automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI voice agent. It also covers our software product, Tork.

How to be added to our internal Do Not Call list

You can ask us to stop contacting you in any of these ways, and any reasonable request in any words will be honored:

• ▸Say "stop," "do not call," or words to that effect during any call, or press 9 when prompted
• ▸Reply STOP to any text message from us
• ▸Email privacy@digitaldomination.ai with the phone number you want removed
• ▸Call (702) 291-9580 during business hours and ask to be placed on our Do Not Call list

How quickly we honor requests

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days of receipt, as required by 47 CFR 64.1200, and in most cases the same day. Once you are on our internal Do Not Call list you will not receive further marketing calls or texts from us. Internal Do Not Call entries are retained for a minimum of 5 years.

A Do Not Call request applies to Digital Domination Marketing, LLC and to marketing for our Tork product. It does not automatically apply to unaffiliated businesses.

National Do Not Call Registry

Before placing marketing calls, we scrub our calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry using a version of the registry obtained no more than 31 days before the call, and against applicable state do-not-call lists. We do not place marketing calls to registered numbers unless we have your prior express written consent or an established business relationship that the law recognizes.

Our calling practices

• ▸Calling hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in your local time zone, and never on Sundays or federal holidays
• ▸Every outbound marketing call states our name at the start and provides a working callback number, (702) 291-9580
• ▸Calls placed with an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice identify themselves as such and include an automated opt-out you can use by voice or keypress
• ▸Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance; recording is disclosed at the start of the call
• ▸We maintain a written internal do-not-call procedure and train all personnel and systems that place calls on it
