Automated calling, texting, and AI voice agents
With your prior express written consent, we may contact you by phone or text message, including calls placed using automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI voice agent. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can revoke it at any time by any reasonable method: saying "stop" or "do not call" during a call, pressing 9 when prompted, replying STOP to a text, or emailing privacy@digitaldomination.ai. We honor revocations within 10 business days. Our full opt-out procedures are in our Do Not Call Policy at digitaldomination.ai/do-not-call-policy/.
Marketing text messages state message frequency and carrier rates when you opt in. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Call recording and transcription
Calls between you and Digital Domination, including calls handled by an AI voice agent, may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance. We apply an all-party consent standard nationwide: recording is disclosed at the start of every recorded call, and you can decline by ending the call or asking to be contacted another way. Recordings and transcripts are categories of personal information (audio and electronic information) under applicable privacy laws.
We state plainly whether voice data trains AI models: we do not use your call recordings or transcripts to train our own AI models, and we contractually limit our service providers' use of them to providing services to us.
Service providers and subprocessors
We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including: HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector) for CRM, forms, calendars, telephony orchestration, and messaging; telephony carriers for call and text delivery; large-language-model and speech providers that power AI voice and chat features; transcription providers; payment processors; and cloud hosting providers. Each processes personal information only to provide services to us under contractual restrictions.
Retention schedule
Consent records (including the text of the disclosure you agreed to, the date, and related metadata) are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a legal obligation or dispute. Do-not-call requests are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Lead and client records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by tax and legal obligations.
Your US state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information we hold about you, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, email privacy@digitaldomination.ai with your request; we will verify your identity and respond within the period your state's law requires. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.
Nevada residents: under NRS 603A you may direct us not to sell covered information. Submit verified requests to privacy@digitaldomination.ai; we respond within 60 days (extendable by 30 days where permitted).
