SMS & Voice Terms
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms apply when you opt in to receive text messages or phone calls from Digital Domination Marketing, LLC, including for our Tork product.
Program description
When you opt in on one of our forms, Digital Domination Marketing, LLC may send you appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, and marketing messages about our services, by text message and by phone call. Calls may be placed using automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI voice agent, and may be recorded and transcribed. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency and rates
- ▸Message frequency varies; typically 2-6 messages per month
- ▸Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier
- ▸Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Opting out
Text messages: reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Phone calls: say "stop" or "do not call" during any call, or press 9 when prompted. You can also email privacy@digitaldomination.ai or call (702) 291-9580. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. How we collect, use, and retain your information is described in our Privacy Policy at digitaldomination.ai/privacy-policy/.
