A failed check is a short leg. Fewer of the right people find you. Fewer of those people call. Fewer calls become booked jobs. Booked jobs are the revenue.
A simple way to see it: missed searches x call rate x close rate x average job.
Example numbers
These numbers are made up. They are not this business, and they are not a promise.
Say 100 people search and do not reach you.
If 10 of those 100 would have called, half of those calls book, and a job pays $400.
100 x 0.10 x 0.50 x $400 = $2,000.
Your numbers will be different. This scan does not know your prices or how many calls you close.
Schema markup. Why this costs you customers: if the name tag is missing, Google may not know what you sell, so fewer of the right people call.
Mobile PageSpeed. Why this costs you customers: a slow page on a phone loses people before they ever see your number.
Google Map embed. Why this costs you customers: if people cannot see where you are, they may call a business that is easier to find.
Services listed. Why this costs you customers: if your services are hard to find, people who need that work may never call.
Heading hierarchy. Why this costs you customers: a messy page is harder to follow, so more visitors leave without booking.
Hours of operation. Why this costs you customers: if your hours are missing, people may not call when you are open.
What your Trinity Scan means
Think of the three legs like a three-legged stool. If one leg is short, the stool wobbles. Google uses all three to understand your business.
The three legs
GBP entity signals. This leg is your storefront sign. It covers your name, the work you do, where you are, and your hours. Reviews are word of mouth. They sit on that same sign and tell a new customer that other people already trust you. On the score bars, this leg is called GBP website signals.
Schema. Schema is the name tag on that sign. It lists the same facts in a neat way so Google does not have to guess who you are, what you do, or how to reach you.
Website and PageSpeed. This leg is the showroom. It is your website. A fast, clear page helps a visit turn into a phone call. On the score bars, this leg is called Website & mobile speed.
Schema
Schema markup. This hurts the Schema leg. Schema is the name tag on the sign. If that tag is missing, people who need your work may never find the door.
Website and PageSpeed
Mobile PageSpeed. This hurts the Website and PageSpeed leg. That leg is the showroom. A slow door on a phone loses people before they ever see your number.
Heading hierarchy. This hurts the Website and PageSpeed leg. That leg is the showroom. A messy set of signs is hard to follow, so more people leave without booking.
GBP entity signals
Google Map embed. This hurts the GBP entity signals leg. That leg is the storefront sign. If people cannot see where you are, they may walk to a shop that is easier to find.
Services listed. This hurts the GBP entity signals leg. That leg is the storefront sign. If the sign does not list the work you do, people who need that work may never call.
Hours of operation. This hurts the GBP entity signals leg. That leg is the storefront sign. If the hours are missing from the sign, people may not call when you are open.
How to read this report
The letter is your grade for the broader report. A is 90 or higher and the color is green. B is 80 to 89 and the color is light green. C is 70 to 79 and the color is yellow. D is 60 to 69 and the color is orange. F is under 60 and the color is red. The number next to the letter is the score out of 100. A higher number is better.
The Trinity score counts how many of the 12 checks passed. Each leg also has its own score from 0 to 100. A higher leg score is stronger. The bar color matches that score. Green is 90 or higher. Light green is 70 to 89. Yellow is 50 to 69. Orange is 30 to 49. Red is under 30. A check that was not scanned does not count against its leg. When a leg has fewer than two scored checks and some were not scanned, the bar says not enough data instead of a color. That leg is not called the weakest.
Green: 90 or higher
Light green: 70 to 89
Yellow: 50 to 69
Orange: 30 to 49
Red: under 30
What to fix first
What to fix first: the weakest leg. That is the short leg of the stool. Fixing it first is the fastest way to help the three legs agree.
On this report, the weakest leg is Schema.
How this equates to revenue. Getting found leads to more calls. More calls lead to booked jobs. Booked jobs lead to revenue. Fixing the weakest leg first gets the fastest win.
Strong legs help you get found. This report does not promise a higher ranking.
