Free roster review for agency owners

Which of your clients would we put the guarantee on?

A free 30-minute roster review. We go through the clients you already have, one at a time, and name the ones we would take under the guarantee: top 3 in the Google Map Pack in 12 weeks or you do not pay.

One client per trade per service area. Delivered under your brand, at your price.

  • One client per trade per service area, so a market we take for your client closes behind them.
  • You set the price and keep the margin. The client relationship stays yours.
  • If nothing on the list qualifies we will say so and the call ends early.

Maps first, AI search next

The review costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you go on to sell one of these services, you set the price and you keep the margin.

The churn problem

Why single-service clients quietly leave

A client who buys one thing from you has one reason to stay. When the ads pause, the site ships, or the rebrand ends, nothing recurring is holding the relationship in place, and the next conversation is about price.

What usually happens next is not that they fire you. They hire someone else for the next thing. A local SEO shop calls them, or a competitor starts appearing in the map results and they go looking on their own. Once a second vendor is inside the account you are one of two, and whoever owns visibility gets the credit when the phone rings.

The clients most exposed to this are the ones you serve best: local businesses whose customers find them on a phone, in a map, in an AI answer, in the three results sitting above the fold.

  • The project ends

The site ships, the rebrand lands, the campaign wraps. Nothing recurring takes its place, so nothing holds the relationship open.

  • A second vendor gets invited in

Someone calls them about the service you do not sell. Once another agency is inside the account, you are one of two.

  • The phone stops ringing

Your work may be fine, but the client cannot connect it to a call. Whoever owns visibility gets credit for the phone.

  • A competitor moves into the map

Three results sit above the fold on a phone. When the client is not one of them, the last invoice is what gets questioned.

  • Buyers move to AI answers

Customers start asking a chatbot who to call, and nobody on the account is watching whether the client gets named.

  • Renewal arrives with nothing new

There is no new reason to say yes, so the conversation turns into a negotiation about price.

The process

How a roster review works

Four steps, thirty minutes on the call, and nothing to sign. The point is a specific answer about specific clients, not a general conversation about SEO.

  1. 01

    You send the list

Client names, the trade each one is in, and the market they serve. No logins, no billing access, no contracts. A spreadsheet or a screenshot of your client list is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We scan before we talk

Every qualifying client goes through the same 169-point GeoGrid scan we run on our own accounts, plus a look at the profile, the website, the review profile, and how AI answers name their category. That work happens before the call.

  3. 03

We walk it with you for 30 minutes

Client by client, on a screenshare. Where each one is invisible, who holds the positions they are missing, and which service would be worth selling them. If nothing is worth pitching we will tell you and the call ends early.

  4. 04

You decide what to do with it

The findings are yours either way. Use them in your own next client meeting, hand them to your team, or have us fulfill behind your brand. You set the price, you keep the margin.

If nothing on your list is worth pitching, we will tell you and the call ends early.

A short honest call is a better outcome for both of us than a long one that goes nowhere.

The checklist

What we look for on your roster

Six services a local business will buy from somebody. The review tells you which of your clients is a candidate for each one, what is standing in their way, and who currently holds the position they are missing.

Google Maps and local SEO

Which clients are missing from the map results their buyers actually search, and how much of their service area they cannot be seen in.

Google Business Profile optimization

Categories, services, content, activity and authority signals on the listing, and which of those gaps is holding a client out of the top three.

AI Overview and LLM SEO

Whether a client gets named when a customer asks Google AI Overviews or ChatGPT who to call in their category and city.

Local Services Ads management

Clients who qualify for Local Services Ads and are either not running them or paying for leads nobody is screening.

Websites built for local search

Sites that look fine and convert badly: no service pages, no market pages, nothing a local buyer can act on from a phone.

Reviews and reputation

Review volume, recency and response, and which clients are losing the click to a competitor with a stronger review profile.

The framework

The trinity: what holds a local result up

Three systems carry a local business in search, and each answers a different question for the machines doing the ranking. Google Business Profile entity signals establish who the business is. Schema connects that business to its people, its services and its locations as a graph a machine can read. PageSpeed makes sure a searcher, a crawler and an AI agent can actually use what they find.

A high-converting landing page sits at the center, because none of it is worth anything if the visit does not turn into a call. Search Console, GA4 and CRM revenue data close the loop, so each month the work is corrected by what produced revenue rather than by opinion. This is the framework you would be reselling, and it is the one your client will ask you to explain.

The whole framework on one page: three signal systems, the landing page they feed, and the Search Console, GA4 and CRM loop that decides what gets fixed next month.

Reviews you can sell as a service

Volume, recency and response feed the entity signals and the click. It is also the piece a client can watch move week to week, which makes it the easiest thing here to report on.

Speed the client can feel

A faster page keeps the visit your client already paid for. Selling speed is selling more leads out of the same traffic, not a score in a report nobody reads.

Engagement that is earned

Calls, forms and bookings that follow a real search are the behavior that holds a position. Earned is the operative word, and it is where the next section starts.

The difference

One input versus 200+ signals

The fastest way to make a map ranking move is to buy the result with a single input. Driving directions is the clearest example: the tactic tries to simulate proximity and engagement by generating direction requests to a listing. It targets exactly one input, and a tactic that addresses one signal on one surface cannot produce durable coverage across a results page that varies by the block.

It does nothing for the organic results, nothing for the AI answers a buyer now asks first, nothing for whether the business is understood as an entity, and nothing for whether a visitor converts once they arrive. When the algorithm shifts weight, a result resting on one input has nothing to fall back on.

Digital Domination satisfies 200+ signals across Google Maps, organic search and AI answers. That is the mechanism, stated plainly: the result is carried by many signals across several surfaces, so one input losing weight does not erase it. It is a description of how the work is built, not a warranty on any particular update. The one promise we make is the guarantee: top 3 in the Google Map Pack in 12 weeks or you do not pay.

A result bought with one input

The tactic, not any one agency that sells it.

  • One signal, on one surface, bought rather than earned
  • Map results only, with nothing happening in organic
  • No presence in the AI answers buyers now ask first
  • No change to what the site does with the visit
  • One weighting change away from disappearing
  • Nothing to show a client except a position

A result built on 200+ signals

What gets fulfilled behind your brand.

  • 200+ signals: entity, schema, speed, content, reviews and earned behavior
  • Google Maps, organic search and AI answers worked together
  • A landing page built to convert the traffic it earns
  • Search Console, GA4 and CRM revenue closing the loop monthly
  • Weight shifts between signals instead of out from under the result
  • A report the client can read, under your brand

Why this is an agency problem and not a philosophical one

A client who loses their position to an algorithm update is a churned account and a refund conversation on your desk, not ours. You hold the relationship, so you carry the cost of a shortcut you did not choose. Everything we place behind your brand is built so the result is carried by hundreds of signals rather than one, and it carries the same guarantee your clients would get from us directly.

Real scans

Before and after: the GeoGrid shift

These are real GeoGrid scans from live client accounts. Your roster review runs the same scan, and a client placed under the program receives the same report under your brand.

The honest answer

Why we would do this for free

Three reasons, and none of them is that the review is a sales call in disguise. There is no fee, no pitch, and nothing you have to sign to keep what we find.

01

The answer is quick for us

Most clients on a typical roster are not candidates, and the few that are, are obvious inside half an hour. Reviewing a list is cheap for us and specific enough to be worth your time whether or not you ever send us work.

02

We would rather be judged on findings than on a pitch

If the review is good, you will want to know who did the scanning. If it is thin, you will know that too, and you will have spent half an hour finding out instead of a quarter.

03

We take one client per trade per service area

We would rather spend a market slot on an agency whose roster we have already seen than on a stranger. The review is how we find out, and how you find out whether your markets are still open.

Risk reversal

What you keep

Nothing about a roster review changes who owns the client. We never contact anyone on your list, and we do not put our name in front of them. If you go on to sell one of the services we find, the work is delivered under your brand and you set the retail price.

The work itself carries the same guarantee your clients would get from us directly: top 3 in the Google Map Pack in 12 weeks or you do not pay.

Nick & his team at Digital Domination took our Google Map presence from basically invisible to the near top of the list in multiple key search phrases, and the top of the list in a couple of key search phrases, all within 1 month of work. His team works very diligently and updated us weekly on measurable progress reports for our Google Map online visibility.

Our Google Business Profile was stagnant for months until we started using the Digital Domination Marketing playbook. After implementing the strategies, we saw better rankings, more engagement, and increased customer inquiries. Thank you for such an incredible resource!

Working with Nick and Dan at Digital Domination Marketing was a game-changer, thanks to their Maps Domination Program. This program put my shop on the map, literally, and brought in more customers than ever. Since starting, I've had a steady stream of new clients walking in, and my appointment book is fuller than ever. One month alone, I saw dozens of new bookings from leads they generated!

I've been working with Digital Domination for years, and they've become an essential part of my business. Unlike other SEO companies I've tried, they actually deliver. They know how to position your brand online and put you in front of the right customers. It's a one-stop shop for everything digital, and their support has been solid every step of the way.

Market exclusivity

One client per trade per service area

We work with one client per trade per service area, and a partner's client claims that slot exactly as a direct client would. Before you start a sales cycle we confirm the trade and the area are open.

Once your client holds the slot, we decline competing inquiries for it, including our own direct leads. That is what protects the result you are selling, and it is why the roster review is worth doing before you plan your next quarter: the markets on your list may not stay open.

The review tells you which of your markets are still available, client by client, before you spend a sales cycle on one that is not.

Who you would be working with

You get the founders, not a queue

The roster review is run by the two people who own the fulfillment. There is no SDR in front of it and no handoff afterwards: the person who reads your client list is the person accountable for the work if you decide to partner.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you send us anything.

What do I have to send you?

A list of your clients with the trade each one is in and the market they serve. No logins, no billing access, no contracts. A spreadsheet or a screenshot of your client list is enough.

Will you contact my clients?

No. We never contact anyone on your roster. You keep every client relationship, and nothing we find leaves the call unless you take it there.

Is there a pitch at the end of the call?

No. We walk your list, tell you what we found, and stop. If you want the work fulfilled behind your brand you can ask, and if you do not, the findings are still yours.

What if none of my clients are a fit?

Then we say so. If nothing on the list is worth pitching we will tell you and the call ends early rather than filling the half hour.

How long does the call take?

Thirty minutes. The scanning happens before it, so the time is spent on findings rather than on setup.

Who sets the price if I sell one of these services?

You do. You set the retail price, you keep the margin, and your client agreements stay yours. Partner pricing for your markets is quoted after we have seen your roster, not on this page.

What is the guarantee on the work itself?

Top 3 in the Google Map Pack in 12 weeks or you do not pay.

How is this different from your white-label program page?

The roster review is the first step, and it is about the clients you already have. The white-label program page explains what fulfillment looks like once you have a client to place.
